Senior Human Experience Manager at Zortify, a company that uses technology to help organizations make more human-driven decisions. With over 15 years of experience in global organizations, Patricia has developed a passion for diversity and inclusion (D&I) and a mission to create a more inclusive and equal business world and to fulfil this mission she has been part of Girls in Tech Luxembourg Chapter since mid of last year, acting as a volunteer Co-Managing Director.
As a D&I leader, she leverages her skills in program leadership, mentoring, and diversity to design and implement human experience strategies that foster a culture of belonging and empowerment. She also advocates for the workshop #IamRemarkable, an initiative that encourages women and underrepresented groups to celebrate their achievements and break modesty norms. She is always eager to connect with people who share her vision and values, and who are keen to have a more human experience at work.
