Jane Wilkinson is a recognised non-executive director and leading expert in Luxembourg’s asset management sector, widely acknowledged for her thought leadership in sustainable finance and ESG.
She brings extensive board experience as an independent director and chairwoman, serving on the boards of both Alternative Investment Funds and UCITS, as well as their management companies and related entities. Jane collaborates with several international asset management groups, contributing her deep expertise in governance, strategy, and sustainability.
A passionate advocate for sustainable finance, Jane was a founding member of the Luxembourg Government’s Climate Finance Task Force and previously led the sustainable finance strategy at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. She was also appointed as one of only 35 technical experts selected by the European Commission to advise on the implementation of the EU Sustainable Finance Action Plan.
Today, Jane continues to advance the field through teaching sustainable finance to executives and master’s students at the University of Luxembourg, reinforcing her commitment to driving responsible and forward-thinking financial practices.
